We foster an environment where innovation is not just encouraged but expected. Team members are supported in continuous learning and skill development, which helps us to adapt to innovation and new methods. We adopt a visionary mindset that anticipates future challenges and begins to solve those before customers realize that they need them.
We Check Our Egos at the Door
Innovation and Velocity are easy to talk about but very difficult to implement. There is no individual that can create or deliver our complex cross-functional products. We will all underperform at times, but we won't make it into a habit. We own our shortcomings and will improve upon them. Honest feedback is difficult to give and harder to receive, but all great athletes thrive on it. Consistent winning requires everyone to improve, all the time.
Collaborative and Respectful Work Environment
Our products and services require strong, fast, and motivated teams to create and deliver them. This is our "fast passing" game, and it's both people and results-oriented. We recognize that intelligent professionals will at times disagree - and that's healthy so long as our differences are recognized and treated respectfully. We are playing to win and measure our team to that standard.
Commitment to Innovation and Learning
To create products and services that decisively solve complex problems, we must overcome many challenges. Very little of what we attempt will go exactly to plan.
Transparency and Accountability
Winning sports teams have clear systems of measurement. We promote a culture where transparency in communication and accountability for results is paramount. This is reflected in clear expectations and regular feedback mechanisms. Everyone is responsible for understanding how their work impacts our team results, and being proactive to improve our team level of play.
