Current Open Roles
We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to design and build real-time software systems that sit at the core of our radar products. You’ll work close to the hardware, collaborating with FPGA, RF, and application software engineers to develop robust, high-performance embedded software that runs reliably under strict real-time constraints. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful system design, understands the tradeoffs of real-time C++ on constrained platforms, and is comfortable interfacing directly with custom hardware.
We are seeking a Field Test Engineering Technician to join our growing and innovative product development team. This role operates in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with an R&D team known for delivering unique, differentiated RF systems.
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Laboratory Technician to play a critical hands-on role in R&D hardware development, supporting advanced radar and sensing platforms from early prototypes through pilot builds and field validation. This role is ideal for a technically curious, lab-focused problem solver who thrives working with RF, SDR architectures, and complex FPGA/SoC-based systems.
We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision to join our fast-growing startup. You will design, build, train, and deploy ML models that power our core products, working closely with engineers and scientists to advance real-world AI capabilities. This role is highly hands-on, offering opportunities to innovate and push the limits of sensor data processing and model performance in real-world environments.
MatrixSpace is seeking a hands-on Regulatory Compliance Engineer to lead certification and qualification testing for RF-enabled electronic components and systems. This role will own compliance efforts for FCC intentional radiator requirements (Part 15, Part 87, Part 90) and support MIL-STD environmental qualification testing (MIL-STD-810 and related standards). You will drive the full testing lifecycle—from planning and lab execution through debug, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. This is a highly technical, lab-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working closely with RF, hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams.
We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to work with our R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, and Field Teams to deliver unique portable radar systems for safety and security purposes. The role part of a growing, innovative product development team.
We are seeking an Operations Specialist who will be part of a growing, innovative, and efficient Operations team. The position will report to the Product Engineer and Operations Manage and will work with R&D and Operations/Production teams to deliver unique portable radar systems for safety and security purposes.
In this role, you will use experimental data to understand how the system behaves in the real world, design experiments to measure and explain that behavior, and translate insights into improvements to signal processing and estimation algorithms.
MatrixSpace requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
