Our Team

Simon served in the British Royal Navy for 34 years, commanding warships at three ranks and serving with NATO for 10 years in four roles.

Upon promotion to one star, he moved to NATO’s Brussels HQ as Chief of Staff of the International Military Staff and Clerk to NATO Military Committee, the highest military decision-making body in the Alliance. He guided the Committee’s focus and consensus on core strategic priorities for the North Atlantic Council. As Rear Admiral he was also Chief of Staff for Strategy, Plans, Training and Partnership Engagement at one of the Alliance’s two Joint Force Commands.

Today he is an advisor to a number of global organizations.
