David St. Jean has worked with numerous companies on a wide range of advisory, restructuring and capital raising activities and has completed over $200 billion in transactions.

Select advisory assignments include advising Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) on its $43 billion acquisition of Worldpay, its $9.1 billion acquisition of Sunguard, the majority sale of its Capco advising Qualcomm, advising Motorola’s in connection with the $10 billion spinoff of its Mobility & Connected Home businesses, the $1.4 billion sale of Motorola’s wireless infrastructure business to Nokia Siemens Networks, and Motorola Mobility in its $12.5 billion sale to Google.

David established Centerview’s West Coast presence. Prior to joining Centerview he was Joint Head of Technology Investment Banking at UBS in the Americas where he significantly increased UBS’ market share in technology-related mergers and acquisitions. David was recently named one of the world’s top technology bankers by the Financial Times.
